memory lapses!!!

jeeez! i don't know what's happening to me. whether it's caused by stress or just plain stupidity. there's one morning, my trainor was about to leave the place i greeted him as "hi guys!" despite the fact that he's alone. it doesn't just end there. i called him "Frank" and unfortunately, it's not his name! great. just great. maybe it's because of the caffeine in my nerve. because of that, i promised not to have coffee for the next few days.
